Cimarron Pointe is a 28,000-square-foot medical office campus located in northwest El Paso. The campus consists of eight medical office buildings that primarily accommodate pediatric practices. The scope of services includes full architectural design of the site and shell, construction administration, and tenant improvements for all individual doctor’s offices.
