Cimarron Pointe is a 28,000 SF medical office campus located in northwest El Paso. The campus consists of 8 medical office buildings that accommodate primarily pediatrics. The scope of services includes full architectural design of the site and shell, construction administration, along with the tenant improvements for all the individual doctor’s offices.
