Following the completion of TI:ME at Montecillo—a vibrant mix of bar, restaurant, and retail concepts—the owners quickly recognized a need for a space where individuals could unwind. In response, the site was expanded to introduce a new concept focused on wellness and personal services.

The new building was designed to serve the community’s professional and personal needs, offering boutique spas, yoga studios, and coworking spaces. It provides a place for visitors to take a break from the demands of daily life and enjoy some much-needed downtime in a calming, thoughtfully designed environment.
