Completed in 2023, Fubatea is a tenant improvement project located in a commercial plaza on the east side of El Paso. This vibrant tea shop was designed to reflect the brand’s playful and modern identity, creating an inviting environment for customers. The project focused on optimizing the interior layout for efficient service and customer flow while delivering a fresh and stylish space within a compact footprint.
