Working Capitol introduces programs that bridge the city’s public activity with the private functions of the workplace through a semi-public, “privileged” zone—mixing both realms via an active patio terrace, café, and flexible lounge space.

The concept identifies work-related functions already embedded in urban life—such as restaurants and cafés—and co-locates them with flexible coworking features. These include on-demand meeting rooms and a variety of work-style settings, from desks and high tables to phone booths.
