Completed in April 2019, this historic renovation and adaptive reuse project was an incredibly exciting opportunity. Once an abandoned train depot sitting quietly on the doorstep of downtown El Paso, the building has been successfully revitalized. This transformation underscores the importance of preserving older structures—and, in doing so, preserving our shared history.
