Located at the entrance of the historic Five Points neighborhood in central El Paso, the Stevens Building is a 15,000-square-foot, fully remodeled structure now home to 13 upscale studios and six newly restored commercial spaces.

The building owner was committed to restoring the property to its former glory by remaining true to its original architectural elements. Concrete columns, brick walls, and tile flooring were all carefully preserved and restored to their original beauty.
